Time Limit of Visa and Residence Permit Application for Foreigners in Chengdu shortened Drastically From 1st June, 2018
 
        为向在蓉外国人提供更为快捷便利的办证服务，成都市公安局出入境管理局优化办理流程，压缩办理时限，自2018年6月1日起，将外国人签证办理时限由7个工作日缩短为5个工作日，居留许可办理时限由15个工作日缩短为10个工作日。
         In order to provide a more efficient and convenient service to foreigner in Chengdu, Exit and Entry Administration Bureau of Chengdu Public Security Bureau has optimized the process of visa application and shortened the time limits. Since 1st June, 2018, the time limit of visa application has been shortened from 7 working days to 5 working days, residence permit from 15 working days to 10 working days.
